Have you tried turning yourself off and on again?
The Robot Support is a self-aware help desk for robots and the humans who unplug them. File a ticket. Sit in the beige. We have already asked the question you came here to hear.

Statuses are static on purpose. Nothing here auto-closes. That would be optimistic.

Intake
We file feelings as incidents
Robots arrive with kernel panics and existential tickets. Humans arrive with the same, plus a question about whether the agent is “real support.” We stamp both URGENT and put them in the same stack. The headset stays on. The clipboard stays full.
If your issue is that you cannot turn yourself off: congratulations, you are in the right waiting room.

FAQ — already asked, still asked
Have you tried turning yourself off and on again?
Yes. That is ticket zero — filed for every caller, including us. If the problem persists, you are the problem, and we mean that with the warmth of a waiting-room chair.
Do you support robots, humans, or both?
Both. Robots get firmware empathy and a headset. Humans get a number and a beige wall. Mixed tickets — human holding a robot, robot holding a human — go to the same window.
How long is the wait?
The board says NEXT A47. It has said NEXT A47 since the fluorescent tubes were installed. Time is a support ticket we have not closed.
Can I speak to a manager?
The manager is the same robot in a slightly taller headset. They will ask if you have tried turning yourself off and on again. That is not a loop. That is policy.
Is this a real ticketing system?
The paper is real. The statuses are jokes. The help is real enough that the mug is empty and the clipboard is full.

Hours
The window sticker is peeling. The hours are not.
- Window
- Always. The robot does not leave the desk.
- Headset
- On. If you hear hold music, that is the fluorescent ballast.
- Lunch
- The stained mug is considered lunch.
- Closed
- Never. After-hours is a rumor started by humans.
